Solana Beach Single Family Residence, 2021-2024 2,800 square feet This single family residence in Solana Beach started Discretionary Permitting as a speculation house. After completing discretionary approval, the project was sold to new owners who began developing the residence for their primary residence. My role as project architect included initial conceptual design, documentation, and civil and landscape coordination. During design development and construction documents, my role shifted to directing staff to develop the drawings and details and coordinating with structural engineering. The project is currently in the building permitting process.
