SDA is the design architect of record for this Encinitas development for Fenway Capital. In my role as project manager / project architect, I oversaw the Coastal Development Permit Process from Schematic Design through City Council approval. This included design, documentation and coordination with the SDA design team, civil engineers and landscape architects. Following discretionary approval, my role included coordination with the architects of record (Architects Orange) to ensure consistency of the design intent into the construction documents. The project is currently in building permitting and has not yet begun construction.
