This 3 building project includes 48 units consisting of studios, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments.  My role as project architect began with schematic design and continued through building permitting.  Tasks included initial design concepts with SDA team, consultant team coordination, project scheduling, project budgeting, and design team coordination.  This project began construction in April 2024.
